Cake Pops




























A few weeks ago I tried my hand at making cake pops for the first time. I used too much frosting so they were a little too sweet. I left some plain with no frosting and served with strawberries. I dipped the others in vanilla candy melts. Dipping is no easy task. I think I did okay for a first timer. I'm trying it again this weekend.

Butter Cup Cakelet Pan

Chocolate Bananna Nut Brownies Cups















Chocolate bananna nut brownies cups

1 box of brownie mix
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup vegatable oil
2 eggs
1 bananna
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Mix ingredients together in bowl pour into cup cake cups. Slice bananna and place one slice in each cup with batter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let brownies cool and frost with chocloate icing.
